Dr. Lara Lieberman graduated from the University of California, Davis, earning her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine degree in 2022. Prior to beginning Veterinary school, Dr. Lieberman earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at the Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis. She then relocated to Chicago and became an investment banker before realizing her desire to work in the veterinary field outweighed everything else, at which point she embarked on her veterinary career. Dr. Lieberman gained clinical experience at multiple Emergency & specialty veterinary hospitals before transitioning to General Practice. Dr. Lieberman has a special interest in internal medicine and emergency care cases but ultimately finds routine preventative care and client education to be the best opportunities to help her patients live long, healthy lives.

Dr. Lieberman is originally from Chicagoland, and after living on both the East and West Coast, she has finally returned home. When she is not at the office, you are sure to find her either in the stands at Wrigley Field cheering on the Chicago Cubs, or at home trying out an array of new recipes. Dr. Lieberman has one pet at home - a 7-year-old Black Lab/Golden Retriever rescue named Gracie.
