Preliminary Daycare Assessment

We need to personally evaluate every dog’s temperament with a Preliminary Daycare Assessment to ensure that they can play well with others. The assessment includes an introduction day to Wrigleyville Veterinary Center staff and the dogs in our playgroups. Your pet will participate in planned exercises and introductions designed to assess a dog's potential for aggressiveness and their level of social development. Our goal is to determine if a dog can play well without posing a danger to itself or others.

THE VACCINES AND REQUIREMENTES YOUR DOG NEEDS INCLUDE:
Rabies vaccine
Distemper vaccine
Bordetella vaccine
Influenza vaccine (H3N2 and H3N8)
Negative fecal test within the last year
Dogs 7 months and older need to be spayed/neutered
