Dr. Ariana Grosse is an experienced veterinarian with more than 25 years dedicated to caring for pets and supporting the families who love them. She values the unique bond between people and their animals and is committed to providing compassionate, individualized care tailored to each pet’s needs and each family’s goals.

Before joining Wrigleyville Veterinary Center, Dr. Grosse practiced in Naperville, Illinois, as well as in Colorado and California. Her experience spans general practice, urgent care, and shelter medicine, giving her a broad background in both routine and complex medical cases. She has a special interest in geriatric medicine and enjoys helping senior pets stay comfortable, engaged, and able to enjoy their daily routines, while also supporting their owners through the challenges that can come with aging pets.

Dr. Grosse earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Cornell University. She also completed training in medical acupuncture, which allows her to incorporate complementary therapies alongside conventional veterinary medicine to help improve comfort and mobility.

Outside of work, she enjoys reading, running, cooking with her family, exploring Chicago, and spending time with her dogs, Missy and Bertram.
