COVID-19 Updates

Wrigleyville Veterinary Center would like to thank you for your continued support.

Navigating the pandemic as a new hospital during the busiest period of new pet ownership in veterinary history has been a challenge, we are grateful that you have entrusted us with your pet’s care.

We are excited to share that we have partially reopened our lobby!

Clients who have scheduled appointments with a doctor or technician will be able to come inside the facility for their pet's visit. Drop off exams, grooming, and daycare visits will remain curbside at this time. This will allow us to prioritize pets who need medical care. We look forward to having our facility open to all clients in the near future.

Upon arrival, please call (773) 698-7525 and choose option 1 to check-in for your appointment.

A staff member will meet you at the door to bring your pet inside for their visit. If you have an appointment with a doctor, you will be invited inside and your visit will take place in a clean, private exam room that is disinfected between clients. If you have an appointment with a technician, you will be asked to wait in the lobby while we perform your pet’s services.

We will maintain 6 feet of social distance whenever possible and minimize your interaction with multiple staff members.

As healthcare providers who are working closely with the general public, we will continue to wear masks for your safety and ask that you do the same while inside the building. Masks will be provided to those who arrive without one. If you prefer not to wear a mask or to remain outside, we will still continue to offer curbside and drop off appointments for your convenience.

Due to space limitations, we ask that only one person per pet attend your appointment.

Our goal is to deliver top notch service, and following these protocols help us maintain a safe environment for our staff while ensuring high quality patient care for each pet. Thank you in advance for remaining patient and understanding as we work to deliver the level of service you and your pet deserve.

We are proud to be your Vet and look forward to seeing you in person soon!

Warm Regards,

Wrigleyville Veterinary Center
